You will receive prompt follow up to your question or concern
from Wayne County Department of Public Services staff.
After Business Hours
If your call is of an urgent nature, it will be promptly forwarded to our staff on-call. All other calls will be responded to on the
next business day.
When To Call
If you have concerns about the following environmental issues, please call the hotline.
- Drain maintenance, sewer maintenance, and industrial sewage discharges
- Landfill conditions, illegal dumping, soil runoff from construction sites, and other solid watse related complaints
- Pollutant spills to waterways or other water quality related complaints
Note: If you witness an environmental crime taking place, first
call your local police department!
