Storm Drain Stenciling

Storm Drain Stenciling

Storm sewers discharge directly to the Rouge River or one of its many tributaries.

Storm drain stenciling is an opportunity for interested individuals, Eagle Scouts, Boy and Girl Scout troops, or Community group to help prevent pollution by stenciling Dump No Waste Drains to Rouge River on storm drains in their community. This volunteer activity can be performed as an independent activity or as part of the Rouge Friendly Neighborhood program.
